- Excellent communication skills. You need to listen and articulate well when communicating both internally with staff and externally with clients.
- Exceptional interactive skills. You need to be a people person because you will always be interacting with others, whether it’s teamwork or with a client.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task. There are always various tasks to undertake with set time constraints. Prioritizing and being organized gets you through the day.

- Relationship Builder. The backbone of our philosophy is customer care. A part of this customer care is building relationships as a means of offering superior service.
- Dedication and commitment. Important to C & I Technologies is to see that an employee takes ownership of his or her work and commits to achieving outstanding results.
- Thorough Microsoft Office knowledge. You must be proficient in writing a document, using a spreadsheet, developing a PowerPoint and writing and sending emails.
- Related post-secondary education and/or equivalent practical experience. We look for intelligence.
